Return Details:
Please note that returns of fine art prints are limited due to customized signature options. Returns without cause may result in a partial refund.
- Please contact Affine Design before returning an item. We will confirm receipt of your message and send you a shipping label (see Return Process below).
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Returns due to shipping damages must be disclosed within 7 days after receiving the item.
- Returns need to be initiated within 30 days after receiving the item.
- Fine art prints returns must include the artwork, certificate of authenticity, and bill of sale.
- Returns must be received in their original condition.
- Items with obvious signs of use are not eligible for return.
- If fine art prints are not returned in the original packaging and is damaged during shipping, a refund may be void. This is enforced because fine art prints are large and delicate and alternate packing methods increase the risk of damage during shipping.
- If any fees apply to your return, they will be deducted from the refund.
- Products sold by third parties cannot be returned to Affine Design.
Items Eligible For Return:
- Items that do not match the original order (incorrect product, size, or configuration)
- Items damaged during shipping
- Items with defects
Items NOT Eligible For Return:
- Commissioned or customized work (unless item was damaged during shipping or exhibits a defect)
- Fine art prints not returned in the original packaging with artwork, certificate of authenticity, and bill of sale.
- Items damaged after delivery (misuse, handling, accident)
- Items that have been modified, altered, or have obvious signs of use
- Gift cards
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, email us at support@AffineDesign.com. Include your Order ID.
- We will confirm receipt of your email and work to resolve any issues. If a return is necessary, we will send you a shipping label.
- For fine art prints, package artwork, certificate of authenticity, and bill of sale in the original packaging and ship items using the provided label. If artwork is not returned in the original packaging and is damaged during shipping, a full refund will not be provided. This is enforced because prints are large and delicate and alternate packing methods increase the risk of damage during shipping.

- Upon receipt at Affine Design, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@affinedesign.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
